Janet loves putting her finance and business expertise to work to help her clients achieve their real estate dreams. She has been a leader in the Scottsdale market since 2008, earning both the prestigious RE/MAX Chairman’s Club and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame awards before joining Russ Lyon Sotheby’s in 2011.
The talent and dedication to service she brings to her real estate clients led to her successful career in banking. She held senior positions in planning, financial reporting, and investor relations at major financial institutions on the east coast before relocating to Scottsdale in 2006 as CFO for Home Equity Operations at Wells Fargo.
Janet and her family love the Scottsdale lifestyle where she is active in the local community. She serves on the board of the Country Club at DC Ranch, has chaired the Rally for the Cure in support of Susan G. Komen foundation, and volunteered with the PTO at Chaparral High School. She holds a BS from Rutgers, an MBA from Drexel University in Philadelphia, and earned a CPA.
Pat’s success in real estate is rooted in her extensive business and consulting experience, which she enjoys leveraging to help her clients navigate the often-challenging process of buying and selling real estate. Pat honed her skills through a successful career in financial services in New York, including strategic management positions at Chase, and serving as SVP in Strategic Development at Equitable Life and AXA Financial. In 2006, she relocated to Scottsdale where she ran a successful strategic development consulting practice until joining Russ Lyon Sotheby’s in 2011.
Pat lives in DC Ranch with her husband, and is the mother of 3 children – all recent college grads. She and her husband enjoy hiking, golf, and travel. She has a long history of community service and currently serves on the Board of Circle the City, a Phoenix based charity providing medical care to the homeless, and on the DC Ranch Community Council Board. She is a past Board member of Family Promise of Phoenix, which provides shelter and support to homeless families. Pat has chaired outreach events at St. Patrick’s Catholic Community in Scottsdale and served on the board of the Notre Dame Prep Mothers Guild in Scottsdale. Pat has a BA in Economics and psychology from Brooklyn College and an MBA in Marketing from New York University.
Larry has a diverse business background with over 20 years experience in banking and corporate finance. He also owned and operated a successful small business.
In 2006 he joined Amercon Realty Services, Inc. a boutique commercial real estate firm. In 2011 he joined Re/Max Fine Properties in Scottsdale as an Associate Broker where he represented investors purchasing single family properties and Fannie Mae on the sale of their foreclosed properties. In 2013 he joined Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty and Pennewell Simpson Partners.
Previously, Larry was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Seamen’s Bank for Savings in New York City. Earlier in his career he served as Senior Vice President of Finance for the Philadelphia Saving Fund Society. Prior to relocating to Arizona he owned and operated Foliograph Gallery in Washington, DC and Virginia, the largest retailer of fine art posters in the DC area.
Larry holds a BA in Political Science from Syracuse University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
